Nya Upplagan

As far as minimising the number of pt sizes and restrictions of colour, this is a clear example of great discipline. The movement across the covers feeds the viewers eye through alll the information in turn. This ii a a great effort as there is a lot of copy on it for a cover, however I think the 3 photos down the right side are slightly over-bearing. Saying that, a closer look at the grid sheds light on the idea behind it. The upper and lower half of the cover seem to abide by separate guides with the large image acting as a mid way. This may be the root of the downward / right movement.

I really enjoy this piece of work for its slightly different approach to what looks essentially Swiss. The hierarchy is there, but they have not simply gone for aligned left and standard leading and line breaks. The spreads also do not follow a simple rule, with the indented paragraphs and ranged right title.
