Just a quick look here checking to see if the margins were accurate. We have found that due to the stock being quite thick it is never exactly spot on with the fold. However it is only about 1mm out, still annoying though. Other than that it is accurate and therefore we can lay out the other two proposed chapters.
An adjustment will be the top right footnote (headroot perhaps)... It would sit better if it were right aligned to the column rahter than being indented.
